If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter (so-called double opt-in procedure). No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis.

We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

If we use a service provider to send newsletters (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, CleverReach), your data will be transmitted to them. The service provider may only use your data for sending the newsletter and is contractually obliged to comply with GDPR requirements. If the provider is based in the USA or another third country, data transfer will take place on the basis of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you cancel your subscription. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses in the customer account) remain unaffected.
